Carter Bell is a passionate advocate for gender equality and the empowerment of women. She is the founder and CEO of Visible Women, an organization dedicated to creating visibility for women in leadership roles.

Carter was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She attended Stanford University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. After graduating, Carter worked as a political consultant for several years before deciding to pursue her passion for gender equality.

In 2018, Carter founded Visible Women with the goal of increasing visibility for female leaders in business, politics, media, and other fields. The organization works to create opportunities for women to be seen and heard by providing resources such as mentorship programs, networking events, and public speaking engagements. Through these efforts, Visible Women has helped countless women gain recognition and achieve success in their respective fields.

Carter is also an active member of the National Organization for Women (NOW) where she serves on the board of directors. In addition to her work with NOW, Carter speaks regularly at conferences around the world about gender equality issues and how to create more inclusive environments for all genders.
